Our Story
In late 2023, we found ourselves facing an uncertain future. David had just sold his restaurant, while Ari was facing the harsh reality of redundancy from a local government role.
Despite these circumstances, our paths converged through a shared passion of professional wrestling where we were each working to capture the coolest content we could from the sport we love. One day, amidst discussions of our uncertain futures, David asked, “Do you want to start a company?”
And without hesitation Ari responded, “Sure, why not?”
This casual agreement would be the first step in the founding of ‘This One Media Company’ – a venture that would not only redefine our lives but (hopefully) leave a lasting mark on the world of photo and video. From our shared struggles and simple beginnings, this crazy new chapter of our lives began!

I started photography back in 2017 in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. Back then, I was a music teacher that attended cosplay conventions with my friends and would take photos for them as it was something fun, not knowing that it would spark my passion for photography.
I believe in capturing genuine human experience as a photographer! I strive to get those in moments shots that show the truest expression of themselves
My hobbies include traveling, trying out new places to eat, street, and of course cosplay photography!

Kia ora! I’m Ari, the other guy in charge around here.
Being behind the camera is my home-away-from-home. And the edit bay is my home away from my home-away-from-home.
For nearly a decade I’ve been creating videos for love of the craft, and for the last 5 years it’s been a full-time job!
Nothing excites me more than finding, crafting, and capturing the perfect shot, and bringing it to life in the edit is the cherry on top!
